❓ Is it dual left and right?
Nope — for dual you need 2 cranks or 2 pedals. But this is as close as it can get — it calculates left and right in software.
❓ Does it fit SHIMANO GRX810?
Yes. You need to get other chainrings though — check stone rings, you'll end with something like 46/32, because 32 is the smallest size you can fit on 110BCD.
❓ Works with SHIMANO 105 chain ring?
Should be — they are 110 BCD 4-bolt...
